vim-plug: Installation

Installation #

vim-plug is distributed as a single Vim script file, so that it’s super easy to get started. Just download the file and put it in the “autoload” directory.

Or you can simply run one of the following commands depending on your environment.

Vim #

Unix #

curl -fLo ~/.vim/autoload/plug.vim --create-dirs \
    https://raw.githubusercontent.com/junegunn/vim-plug/master/plug.vim

Windows (PowerShell) #

iwr -useb https://raw.githubusercontent.com/junegunn/vim-plug/master/plug.vim |`
    ni $HOME/vimfiles/autoload/plug.vim -Force
